CHICAGO (CBS) – A 32-year-old man has been charged with felony drunk driving, after his SUV slammed into a minivan late Sunday night, critically injuring the woman driving the van.
Mareo Nutall was charged with two felony counts of aggravated DUI, and was issued four traffic citations — two for DUI, one for driving on a suspended license, and one for failure to reduce speed.
Police said Nutall was driving a 2000 GMC SUV south on Lake Shore Drive, when it rear-ended a 2005 Chrysler minivan in the 4500 block of South Lake Shore Drive.

The woman who was driving the minivan was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
Nutall, of the 3500 block of West Arthington Street, was expected to appear in bond court on Tuesday.
